Our service tech was Ben and he exceeded our expectation from a professionalism and service standpoint. I am sorry to say we had called a competitor initially and were extremely upset with their service, and in the end I feel like they were purposely deceitful. The door had been wired incorrectly and the wrong grease had been used to lube the screw drive which was leaking all over the floor and our cars.
